Every person who is a Transitioneer is important. Every person with the purpose to change what must be changed to prevent what is preventable is indispensable. Every person who puts in effort to navigate the transition to a sustainable future is a friend. 

Mark contributed to the Board of Trustees of GATE from 2017, bringing his experience from roles in other learned institutions, and volunteered until 2021 when he stepped down to enable him to care for his elderly parents. 

The GATE Trustees wish to acknowledge the service of Mark Hooley as a GATE Trustee and member support volunteer from 2017 to 2021.
